....and it rained!

It rained! Five & a half inches so far over two days. Its relieving, refreshing & gives a more optimistic outlook for the 2010 farming season. During 2009, we had only received 10 of our 24 annual inches!!! Thats until we woke Christmas morning to the sound of pitter patter on the tin roof. We are still about 10 inches below our average - but its still enough to smile about. Our three boys were so excited to see full puddles - big enough to wallow in! Oliver has never seen so much of the wet stuff - and after all the toys & present from Christmas it was such a joy watching the three boys enjoy themselves so much in somthing so simple as a puddle!

Let there be... sky { Dubbo Family Photorapher }

Meet the { L } family. What a beautiful place they call home. The storm clouds as a back drop were amazing, and the colours we managed to captures are simply stunning. Thankyou to the { L } family for being so 'great' to shoot. Enjoy your sneak peak. Oh...... there was no rain by the way...... that would be too much to ask :).

An artistic Process { Motorbike Photographer }

Just some more of the bikes but I have decided on calling this collection 'Motorbikes Art Style'. Enjoy!

Dubbo Dirt Bike Club { Motorbike Photographer }

Another day of motorbike racing! It was a great day, however, I was not supposed to be attending. The duties of house work called and the boys went along with another local boy, 'Funny'. But a phone call which went along the lines of "Mum, I forgot my nylons and jersey, do you think you could bring them over for me" changed the outlook of my day. I might add 'over' was 130km drive! So, here are the shots of the day!

'Funny in full flight'

Goanna Tracks - { motorbike photographer }

Sunday led me to Goanna Tracks Motocross Park located just outside Coonabarabran, NSW. It was a great day with loads of bikes roaring around the 23 kilometre loop. Congrats go to the local boys, including my hubby, for all making it to the end of the day in one peice and having a smile on their faces. I have posted a couple of the boys in action. Enjoy.

Oliver Can Climb { Dubbo Child Photographer }

I hear a loud and defined "MUM" coming from the lounge room. As I enter, I see Oliver perched high on the desk throwing my papers off, watching as they float to the floor. I considered he was learning about physics, then I figured it would be safer for him to read about it in a book! I have spent the rest of today repeating "GET down Oliver!" Doesn't he think he is clever.

Josh's 8th Birthday Party {Child Photographer }

WOW - Josh is 8 today! He did not want a party perse- "just a few mates to come out and go riding with .......... & meg" was his words. Meg is a little sister to one of his 'mates', who enjoys the sport of Motocross. It was lovely day, with 6 children racing around our 'MX' track. The weather was perfect, although a little rain would be nice!
